We are looking for a skilled TypeScript Developer with a strong interest in coordinating teams. This is a backend-focused, hands-on coding position, with the opportunity to take on people management responsibilities from an operational standpoint.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Fluent Hungarian, and intermediate English skills
✅ Typescript, Node.js backend stack
✅ Vue, React (or Angular) frontend stack
✅ NoSQL database knowledge (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis)
It’s a Plus If You Have…
💡 Experience in the SaaS or e-commerce industry
💡 Affinity for coordinating other developers, reviewing their code
💡 Interest or knowledge in DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud)
How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission
- Your daily tasks would be: Development (75%) Code Review (10%) Architectural Design (10%) Meetings (5%)
- Team Collaboration: Work closely and coordinate the 5-person development team, including senior and junior developers.
- Planning & 1-on-1s: Participate in weekly operational 1-on-1s and planning sessions to track progress and align them with your team’s goals.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior and senior developers, helping them develop their skills.
